For "Das Surfcamp", a TV format which aired on KiKA, Kinderkanal von ARD und ZDF, for multiple seasons, SKY SODA SUPREME created the opening titles and the full on-air package, including closing titles, lower thirds, and graphic transitions.
The visual concept combined stop-motion with crumpled paper textures, bringing together analog craft and digital motion in a playful, tactile way. Das Surfcamp was filmed on location in Moliets-et-Maâ, France. For the opening titles, over 700 pages were printed, physically crumpled using a custom technique, and reintegrated into the digital animation.
SKY SODA SUPREME also composed the opening title music, an original surf-inspired track that completed the on-air identity of the show.
